Wei supports The Lab’s clients with extensive expertise in Python, Power BI, and SQL, along with a strong understanding of the extract, transform, and load (ETL) process in the banking industry. His skills in designing and developing data models accelerate delivery of executive-level dashboards to monitor and manage enterprise-wide operations.
Prior to joining The Lab, Wei worked at TCS for Citigroup. He played a key role in the Citi DocHub project, an ETL initiative focused on migrating documents from the outdated database system to MongoDB and IBM COS. His contributions included developing Python and Java-based solutions for transformation, staging, and loading processes, as well as automating reporting and reconciliation workflows using AutoSys.
In his spare time, Wei enjoys playing basketball and video games, as well as spending time with his dog, Teacup.
