Automation Implementation & Knowledge Base Lead
Prior to joining The Lab, Tommy worked as a data specialist in insurance, publishing and media industries. There he focused on improving business results with process automation, advanced data analytics and business intelligence (BI) dashboards.
Since joining The Lab, Tommy has been an integral part of The Lab’s Robotic Process Automation team, developing bots while implementing framework standards that normalize and standardize our use cases. Daily, Tommy helps his clients improve their operational efficiency, data accuracy, business accountability and process flexibility, while reducing cycle times and scaling up processing power for mergers.
As a member of The Lab, Tommy contributes to all phases of our projects from analysis and design to large-scale implementation efforts, to Tier 1 production support, and training the client’s developers.
