Todd Lambert
Senior Technical Writer
Todd is an accomplished senior technical writer with more than a decade of experience translating complex platform capabilities, system architecture, and technical concepts into clear, accurate documentation for both business and technical audiences. Prior to joining The Lab, Todd spent over ten years at Kochava, a global SaaS mobile measurement platform, where he owned the strategy, development, and governance of customer-facing documentation across SDK integrations, APIs, campaign workflows, analytics, and AI-assisted platform features. Earlier in his career, he produced safety-critical, FAA-regulated documentation for the KODIAK 100 aircraft at Quest Aircraft (now Daher).
Todd’s expertise spans structured authoring, API and SDK documentation, AI-assisted content workflows, document control, and content analytics; with a consistent focus on information architecture, editorial standards, and the disciplined document control processes that keep large, evolving content libraries accurate and accessible.
As a member of The Lab Todd contributes across all phases of our projects, from client deliverables and engagement materials to internal tooling, go-to-market content, and technical documentation. He supports The Lab’s Knowledge Work Standardization® methodology by helping ensure that our client-facing and internal reference content remains accurate, consistent, and impactful.
