He is involved in the technical details, from documenting use cases to testing bot sequences, to guaranteeing that every automation runs without errors.
Before joining The Lab, Thinh spent three years as a web developer working on complex applications for real estate and logistics. He takes a straightforward approach to his work: focusing on building robust systems and breaking down complicated technical concepts so clients can understand the functionality without getting lost in the jargon.
