Terry Dickerson

Terry has over 20 years of experience in business leadership and transformation. Prior to joining The Lab, Terry worked for a global insurance brokerage company, where he led business transformation, M&A Integrations, and process improvement initiatives for over 400 acquisitions.
Terry brings extensive experience in business development, transformation, automation, and governance across multiple industries, including financial services, transportation, manufacturing, local/state/national government, and higher education.
Prior to starting his professional career, Terry also served in the U.S. Army as a Tactical Satellite Technician, serving in the European, CONUS, and MENA theaters of operations.
In his personal time, Terry enjoys spending time with his family riding bikes, camping, and learning about and working with advanced technologies.
