Susana Guzman
RPA Developer
Susana has more than four years of experience in designing and implementing automation solutions, using industry-leading tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and more recently, Power Automate. As a member of The Lab, she participates in all stages of the automation lifecycle—from discovery and development to deployment and monitoring. Consequently, in addition to the technical aspects of bot development, Susana is also well versed in creating solution designs, use cases, and requirements documents for stakeholders on the business side as well.
Before joining The Lab, Susana served as a technical lead for business automation initiatives, working closely with process owners to analyze and develop effective solutions. During that time, she also refined her skills as a solution architect, participating in numerous projects in that role.
Outside of work, Susana enjoys studying English, drawing, swimming, and visiting historical and symbolic sites in Mexico—activities that she finds both personally and professionally inspirational and enriching.
