Saman is a dedicated Business Analyst with The Lab Consulting. Specializing in data analytics and business intelligence, Saman has built a strong foundation in turning complex datasets into actionable insights that guide strategic decision-making. With a passion for problem-solving and efficiency, she excels at aligning data-driven solutions with organizational objectives, ensuring business processes are both optimized and scalable.
Before joining The Lab, Saman brought her expertise to Improvado, where she gained hands-on experience in performance marketing, working with BI tools like Power BI and Tableau to create dynamic dashboards and reports. Saman’s expertise also extends to data modeling, SQL, and DAX, allowing her to streamline processes and automate reporting solutions. Her strong focus on business process improvement ensures that every project adds value, both operationally and strategically.
In addition to her technical contributions, Saman is deeply involved in The Lab’s activities, from business process mapping to collaborating on scoping sessions for new clients. Her active engagement in stakeholder meetings and workshops has helped her gather critical business requirements, ensuring that solutions are user-centric and aligned with The Lab’s goals.
