Roberto joined The Lab in June 2024. He brings more than 15 years of Project and Program management experience in diverse industries, including Electronics Manufacturing, Quality Management, and Customer Experience. His expertise is complemented with his experience of living, working and leading people in Mexico, Finland and the USA.
Roberto’s accomplishments range from implementing initiatives to improving manufacturing processes, reducing warranty costs, and increasing Net Promoter Scores, among others.
Since joining The Lab, Roberto has been involved with client process mapping, quantifying benefits and process improvements methodology.
Roberto holds certifications as a Project Management Professional and Scrum Master.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
