Project Coordinator
Since joining The Lab, Max has been an integral part of expanding The Lab’s Robotic Process Automation team, developing documentation and reporting to deliver meaningful insights for clients and maintain engagement progress. His experience covers opportunities with fintech and financial institutions, including a variety of departments and even more processes – from ACH to Zelle.
During his tenure with The Lab, Max has developed deep expertise in automation feasibility and resource application to help The Lab’s clients manage engagements, from the executive level down to individual subject matter experts.
Prior to joining The Lab, Max worked 10 years as a consultant and document manager for SGV International LLC. There he focused on engineering documentation and support for Fortune 500 energy companies.
As a member of The Lab, Max contributes to all phases of our projects from scoping and design to implementation and testing.
