Mariana is a technology and automation professional with hands-on experience delivering intelligent automation and AI-driven solutions for large, complex organizations. Prior to joining The Lab, she worked at one of the Big Four consulting firms, where she collaborated with business consulting and automation consulting teams to design and deliver RPA solutions.
Through this work, she gained deep exposure to the internal operations of major corporations across a broad range of industries and diverse business areas, giving her a well-rounded understanding of how large organizations run day to day.
Mariana holds a B.S. in Electronic Engineering, a foundation that strengthens her ability to optimize processes and leverage technology to solve business problems. Her meticulous attention to detail allows her to quickly identify areas for improvement, and she is constantly looking for ways to optimize and standardize both everyday and highly complex tasks.
As an Automation Consultant Analyst at The Lab, she applies her process-driven mindset to help clients streamline operations and unlock the value of automation.
Outside the office, Mariana has played classical piano since early childhood and picked up volleyball at a young age as well, a hobby she still enjoys today. She loves spending time with her two dachshunds and is always on the lookout for a new restaurant to try.
