Kevin is an experienced product manager and management consultant with a blended technical and business background. Kevin started his career as a technical solutions engineer supporting six health networks across the U.S., and prior to joining The Lab, drove strategy and operational initiatives across F500 healthcare clients, delivering $2.6M in identified cost savings while increasing CSAT and driving user growth and retention.
At The Lab, Kevin applies his methodical, data-driven approach to identify and solve core customer frustrations. His background bridging technical systems and business strategy enables him to tackle ambiguous problems, drive cross-functional collaboration, surface actionable insights, and guide clients toward solutions with measurable impact.
Outside of work, Kevin is an avid runner and has a lifetime goal to visit all 63 U.S. National Parks.
