Juan Medina
Data Science Lead
Prior to joining The Lab, Juan worked as a customer experience data scientist for HP Inc. There he focused on improving customer satisfaction and business results with advanced data analytics, business intelligence (BI) dashboards and process automation. In addition to an M.A. in applied economics, Juan also has extensive program management experience, working with a variety of vendors to implement company-wide customer experience platforms.
Since joining The Lab, Juan has been an integral part of expanding The Lab’s
centralized analytical team, developing BI dashboards and related data visualizations to deliver meaningful insights for clients to improve performance management and improve product profitability. His experience covers financial services and supply chain business clients, including a variety of functional groups from sales to the back office.
During his tenure with The Lab, Juan has developed deep expertise in standardizing and aggregating diverse data sets to provide real-time business intelligence to help The Lab’s clients manage performance, from the executive level down to individual employee performance.
As a member of The Lab, Juan contributes to all phases of our projects from
analysis and design to large-scale implementation efforts.
