Business Analyst
Before joining The Lab, Joshua worked as an IT Business Analyst in the AgTech and Oil & Gas industries, where he focused on helping end users get the most out of new systems. Whether leading hands-on training or running workshops, he has consistently been the go-to translator between the technical teams building the tools and the people using them. His favorite part? Helping teams navigate change in a way that feels clear, manageable, and even a little fun.
As a member of The Lab, Joshua contributes to the process standardization of our projects, from analysis and design to implementation efforts. His experience in project management and process improvement is valuable in driving efficiency and effectiveness across various initiatives.
Outside of work, you’ll probably find Joshua out on the disc golf course, jamming at a music festival, or hanging with his dog – usually all in the same weekend.
