Senior Analytics Developer
Prior to joining The Lab, Joseph built a strong foundation in business analytics, data management, and process improvement. With a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, he brings hands-on experience designing data models, building custom Canvas Apps in the Microsoft Power Platform, creating automated workflows, and developing business intelligence dashboards using Power BI.
Since joining The Lab, Joseph has contributed to client-facing analytics and operational improvement initiatives as part of the Data Analytics and Consulting team. His work has supported intake standardization, call triage, process documentation, and First Contact Resolution analysis—helping clients better understand operational data and identify opportunities to improve performance. His efforts strengthen back-office operations and process standardization across engagements.
During his time with The Lab, Joseph has embraced every engagement as an opportunity to deepen his technical skill set, expand his platform proficiency, and grow as a well-rounded consultant capable of delivering impactful solutions.
