Joan Powers

Joan has been an integral part of the back-office staff at The Lab for more than 15 years, demonstrating reliability and commitment to excellence in roles from Office Administrator/Coordinator to Human Resources Lead.  
 
Overseeing HR operations from Recruiting to Onboarding, clarifying HR policies and procedures to staff, and ensuring the rigorous maintenance and confidentiality of HR records, Joan utilizes her extensive organizational experience to provide optimal management of The Lab’s back office. 
 
Prior to joining The Lab, Joan worked in the publishing industry in New York.
