Standardization Lead
Jeff began his consulting career with The Lab’s sister company, OpsDog, before becoming a full-time consultant for The Lab. During the past seven years with the firm, Jeff has played a critical role in standardizing approaches to data analysis and business intelligence (BI) development, including key performance indicators, industry benchmarks, process improvements, leading practices and performance dashboards.
Jeff is an integral part of The Lab’s consulting team. His expertise in a wide variety of industries and functional groups with Fortune 500 clients accelerates BI dashboard development and deployment and brings exceptional insights and intuitive functionality to The Lab’s dashboards. His experience includes financial services, oil & gas, health care, retail and manufacturing operations, as well as such functional groups as finance, human resources and shared services, among others.
As a member of The Lab, Jeff participates in all phases of our projects from analysis and design to large-scale implementation efforts.
