Jason Ha
Data Scientist
Jason specializes in end-to-end analytics engineering from ETL pipeline development and data modeling to DAX-driven capacity analytics and executive-facing dashboards. His work spans the full analytics stack, enabling clients to move from raw operational inputs to quantifiable outcomes like staffing optimization, process efficiency gains, and automation opportunity identification.
Prior to joining The Lab, Jason served as a Police Officer and Data Analyst for the League City Police Department. His experience includes developing SQL ETL pipelines, building executive dashboards, automating reporting workflows, and delivering analytical insights that supported operational decisions.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys the outdoors, staying active, and is an avid MMA and BJJ practitioner.
