Operations Lead
Elodia began with The Lab as an intern while pursuing dual BBA degrees in supply chain management and marketing. After graduation she joined The Lab as a fulltime consultant and has since proven her leadership abilities by helping to manage The Lab’s centralized analytics team. Over the past several years, Elodia has been integral in delivering major analytical insights and related benefits for The Lab’s clients.
Her experience with The Lab covers diverse industries, from supply chain through financial services (including banking, insurance, investment services and others), as well as major functional groups including finance, human resources, marketing, information technology and more. Elodia’s broad range of critical skills includes meticulous attention to detail, operational analysis, enterprise-wide communication and change management.
As a member of The Lab, Elodia participates in all phases of our projects from analysis and design to large-scale implementation efforts.
