Chris has nearly 20 years of experience with The Lab. In addition to managing client relationships, Chris also oversees The Lab’s operations and support groups. During the past 10 years, Chris has been instrumental in designing and developing The Lab’s automation discovery and implementation service offering. This includes project management, oversight of automation documentation, development and implementation, as well as The Lab’s continuous support program for robots that we have implemented for our clients.
Chris has extensive experience in a wide variety of industries and functional groups. These include financial services (banking, insurance, investment services, etc.), manufacturing and supply chain operations, information services providers, finance operations (accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial planning and analysis, etc.), HR, IT and others.
As a member of The Lab, Chris participates in all phases of our projects from analysis and design to large-scale implementation efforts.
In his personal time Chris, enjoys running, working on cars, surfing, photography and playing with his dog Kona.
