Prior to joining The Lab, Charles led large-scale supply chain, procurement, and operations initiatives across the public sector and energy/infrastructure programs, partnering with C-Suite stakeholders to drive compliant, data-driven decisions and deliver measurable performance gains. His experience spans global EPC projects, federal disaster recovery closeout projects, and private-sector procurement, grounded in advanced analytics, Power BI reporting, and rigorous process improvement and governance.
At The Lab, Charles works with executive teams and C-Suite stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and pain points across business processes and applies the latest advancements in Agentic AI, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and process improvement to address them. He contributes across the full project lifecycle, ensuring that technology adoption translates into measurable performance and customer experience gains.
In his free time, Charles enjoys being with family, staying active through regular workouts, and pursuing a healthy lifestyle. Travel is another passion, offering the chance to recharge and explore new environments.
