Bill van Ravenswaay
Senior Management Consultant
Bill has more than three decades of experience, specializing in enterprise operations management. He has worked with major clients across a variety of industries, including Electronic Data Systems (EDS), AT Kearney and Company, Sirius Solutions, Jefferson Wells, and Crowe LLC. He has also served as an internal consultant with diverse firms, such as Atrium Manufacturing, The City of Houston Airport System, and Marmon Rail.
Throughout his career, Bill has focused on helping clients improve operational effectiveness and efficiency with standard solutions applicable to any industry. At The Lab, he leads business-process standardization efforts to reduce avoidable rework and improve consistency for client operations.
In his personal time Bill likes to spend time with his wife sailing their boat out of Galveston, Texas into the Gulf to destinations including Port Aransas, Key West, the Dry Tortugas, and others.
