Anthony Hernandez
Business Intelligence Analyst
Prior to joining The Lab, Anthony worked as an Operations Supervisor at UPS, where he oversaw inbound logistics in a high-volume environment, ensuring timely processing of up to 70,000 to 100,000 packages daily.
Since joining The Lab in 2022, Anthony has supported Phase I and Phase II projects, where he has been responsible for back-end analysis, process mapping, and building business intelligence (BI) dashboards. His work has focused heavily on the credit union and banking industries, with additional experience in the insurance and supply chain sectors. Anthony’s role at The Lab includes leveraging BI analytics to develop solutions that standardize processes and provide meaningful insights for performance management.
As a member of The Lab, Anthony participates in all phases of projects, from analysis and design to implementation.
