Andy Lee

Andy joined The Lab in 2007 and during his tenure has led both major analysis and design projects and self-funding implementation projects. He has spearheaded many of The Lab’s centralization and standardization efforts, including organizing and managing The Lab’s centralized analytical team and helping to design The Lab’s business process taxonomies and business intelligence (BI) dashboards.

Andy has also been a major contributor to The Lab’s robotic process automation service offering, continuously improving The Lab’s RPA capabilities and accelerating development and implementation of RPA candidates for our clients.

Andy has extensive experience in diverse industries, including retail, supply chain and manufacturing operations, as well as a wide variety of financial services. He is also well versed in functional support group operations, including finance (accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial planning and analysis, etc.), HR, IT, marketing, risk & compliance and contact centers.

Prior to joining The Lab, Andy consulted retail industries, streamlining operations and improving financial performance across multi-site operations. As a member of The Lab, Andy participates in all phases of our projects from analysis and design to large-scale implementation efforts.
