Alan Zickafoos

Prior to joining The Lab, Alan worked as a Project Manager for a global Contract Research Organization (CRO). In this role, he provided end-to-end management of projects, ensuring their successful completion and alignment with organizational goals. 
 
As a member of The Lab, Alan contributes to the process standardization of our projects, from analysis and design to implementation efforts. His experience in project management and process improvement is valuable in driving efficiency and effectiveness across various initiatives.
